7-Day Easy Exchange Policy
Love it or Exchange it, No Questions Asked.
1. The Diamah Promise
We want you to wear your jewelry with confidence. If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, or if the fit isn't quite right, you can easily exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please ensure the following:
- Timeframe: The exchange request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Condition: The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Packaging: All original tags, certificates, and packaging (box/pouch) must be intact.
- Note: For hygiene reasons, nose pins and body jewelry are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
We’ve made it simple:
- Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +91 8007969790 or email support@diamah.com with your Order ID.
- Pack it: Securely pack the item in the original box.
- Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
- Replacement: Once we receive the item and check the quality, we will ship your new chosen design immediately!
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged piece, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Important: To claim a replacement for damage, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us solve the issue quickly with our courier partners.
5. Refunds
Currently, we offer exchanges or Store Credit only. If you do not wish to select a new piece immediately, we will issue you a Diamah Credit Note valid for 1 year, which you can use for future purchases.
