1. Order Dispatch (Processing Time)
We know you are excited to receive your Diamah jewelry!

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placing the order.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with India’s most reliable courier services (BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees) to ensure your package reaches you on time.

Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during festive seasons or severe weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders to cover handling charges.
• Tip: Pay online to save on shipping!

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message and Email with your tracking link. You can track your package's journey in real-time.

5. Tamper-Proof Packaging
Your jewelry comes in a secure, tamper-proof package.

• Important: If you notice that the outer packet is torn, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Refuse the shipment and contact our support team immediately at support@diamah.com.
