  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (e.g., due to fluctuations in silver market rates).
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region or to discontinue any product at any time.


3. Orders & Billing Accuracy

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  • Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at ₹0 or significantly below cost due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.


4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • For COD orders, a nominal shipping/handling fee may be applied as per our Shipping Policy.


5. Shipping & Returns

  • Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  • Diamah is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen events (force majeure) such as strikes, floods, or natural disasters.

  • Allergies: Diamah sells 925 Sterling Silver jewelry. While silver is generally hypoallergenic, we are not liable for any skin reactions or allergies experienced by the user.
  • Damages: In no case shall Diamah, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products.
